The vibe here was family. The breakfast was more than adequate with a good vegetarian option and marmalade, as for instance to choose from. All the staff was very very helpful and respectful, resolved my issues. This hotel was located in a central area right by England, Near city centre, and sightseeing.

I loved the place, it was clean & the staff were very helpful and accommodating. Had outstanding English breakfasts with gluten-free options, full English including veggie option, juices.

We stayed here for weekend, everything was really good and it was in the perfect and fantastic location close to all sights. The room met the purpose, extremely pleasant and beautifully maintained with good bed linen.

The total stay was relaxing for our family visit. There were cereals and fruit in dining room during breakfast. The location was fantastic, not too far away from a parish church.

Make sure you stay in the standard family queen room with bath, a good atmospheric feel, for instance. The location is excellent and ideal and short walk to a taxi, Near city center, and restaurants and shops.

Magnificent location of the hotel close enough to walk to main area. And right by a great restaurant, town centre and rugby ground and the main attractions.

Everything was perfectly fine, the English breakfast was totally worth it. We got small double room and liked it. The bed was very clean and the staff were attentive. The hotel had a quiet and handy location near Royal Victoria Park. The area was nice quiet close enough to Bath's attractions, the Centre and the train station and bus station.

This hotel is a real gem. The location is fantastic, close to the town center but also very peaceful and quiet. It's also conveniently situated near the Christmas market, which is a bonus. The service provided by the staff is exceptional, they are friendly and attentive to every detail. The rooms are cozy and comfortable, with equally comfortable beds. I stayed in a downstairs bedroom with a bathroom in the converted attic upstairs, and even though it was warm outside, the nice fan provided kept the room cool. The breakfast options are excellent, with a good vegetarian option available and even soya milk provided.

All was great, no improvements needed.

The hotel is fairly clean, has views over the park. For breakfast they offer cereal and fruit in the dining room. Plus, the location is unbeatable, minutes from Thermae Bath Spa. Thank you for the stay this time - will be back.
